江顺大桥Z3号主墩桥塔施工关键技术

【摘要】广佛江快速通道江顺大桥主桥Z3号主墩桥塔采用了改进型液压爬模大节段快速施工桥塔、上下横梁与同高度的塔柱异步施工、上塔柱内模整体提升及钢锚架整体吊装等方法加快施工进度,从塔柱混凝土施工外观控制、表面裂缝控制、钢筋露筋及保护层厚度控制保证塔柱混凝土外观质量,通过中塔柱设置3道水平横撑顶推、塔柱精密测量确保中塔柱线形,设置高空防护平台、液压爬模自带活动防护平台等确保塔柱、横梁和钢箱梁同步双层作业施工的安全。

Abstract: Based on the bridge tower construction of No. Z3 main pier of Jiangshun Bridge, some construction technologies are used to accelerate construction progress, including rapid construction of bridge tower by using large segment of improved hydraulic climbing formwork, asynchronous construction of upper and lower cross girders and the same height tower column,integral lifting of internal formwork of upper tower column and steel anchor girder; the appearance quality of concrete for tower column is ensured through the appearance control in construction, surface crack control,exposed reinforcing steel and cover thickness control;the alignment of middle tower column is ensured by setting three horizontal braces with incremental launching and precision measurement, synchronous double-layer construction safety among tower column;cross girder and steel box girder is ensured by setting protection platform at high altitude and self-bring movable protection platform of hydraulic climbing formwork.

工程概况 1
广佛江快速通道江顺大桥主桥为双塔双索面钢混混合梁斜拉桥,全长1172m,跨度布置为(60+ 176+700+176+60)m,为广东第一大跨斜拉桥。主桥起桥墩号为Z1~Z6号嫩,其中Z3号和Z4 号墩为主墩(分别在顺德、江门侧),Z2号和Z5号墩

为辅助墩,Z1号和Z6号墩为过渡墩。
Z3号墩桥塔为H形,C50混凝土,塔柱外侧设 2个1×1.8m大倒角,桥塔高186m,分塔座、下塔柱、中塔柱、上塔柱及上、下横梁6个部分。
Z3号墩桥塔塔座高3.0m,下塔柱高17.13m,单箱双室截面;中塔柱高105.77m,单箱单室截面;上塔柱高60.1m,单箱单室截面,共设88根索导管和42组钢锚梁;下横梁长34.34m,宽9m,高5~ 8m,上横梁长28.18m,宽5.5m,高6~8m,上、下横梁均为单箱单室断面、预应力混凝土结构。Z3号墩
