桃花峪黄河大桥主桥工程上部结构施工关键技术

【摘要】悬索桥因其跨越能力强,应用广泛。但与地错式悬家桥相比,自错式恶索桥加劲梁受力更复杂。为通拿要按“先架后缆"顺序施工,故周期长,技术难度更大。桃花蜡黄河大桥主桥为(160+406+160)m跨自锚式悬索桥,为目前国内最长的自错锚式悬索桥。结合武(步)西(峡)高速公路桃花峪黄河特大桥主桥工程实例,简要介绍了在特殊结构与复杂环境条件下该桥上部结构链工关键技术,包括主塔、钢箱梁、主缆和吊杆安装与体系转换等。【关键调】桥架工程;悬索桥;自错式;地锚式:施工技术

Abstract; Suspension bridge was widely applied because of its great crossing ability. Comparing to earth-anchored suspension bridge, self-anchored suspension bridge' s stiffening girder has more complex force behavior. If it adopts the usual construction sequence of first girder and after cable, construction period will beeome longer and technology will be more difficult. The main bridge of Taohuayu Yellow River Bridge is three-span self-anchored suspension bridge of 160m + 406m + 160m, it is the longest self-anchored suspension bridge in China at present. With practical engineering example of Taohuayu Bridge in Wuzhi to Xixia Highway, the author introduces the key construction technologies of the top structure under the special structure and complex construction environment, including installation of the main tower, steel box-girder, main cable and suspended rod and the system transfer.

武(陟)西(峡映)高速公路桃花峪黄河大桥,位于郑州市西北黄河中下游分界点,国家AAAA级黄河自然湿地保护区,北接郑新高速,南接连霍高速公路,全长7702.89m。其主桥是(160+406+160)m 的3跨自错式悬索桥(见图1)。由于其独特的结构特点与复杂地质水文条件,使得本桥有很高的技术难度。
