【摘要】武西高速公路桃花峪黄河大桥主桥为双塔3跨自锚式大跨度悬索桥,上部结构为整体钢箱梁。钢筋梁宽 39m,纵隔板间距为18.4m,中心线案高3.5m。全桥分为53个节段,钢箱案质量16180t。采用先架后缆方案施工,钢箱梁采用54m高临时墩,多点、同步、连续顶推施工技术。具有顶推质量大,长度长,施工质量和线形控制要求高,河床摆动冲刷大等待点,在临时墩顶位移、顶推不平衡水平力控制、顶推平台的滑移方式设置等施工相对传统技术方面,有较大的提升和创新。

The upper structure is an integrated steel box girder. The bridge is 39m wide and the distance between longitudinal plates is 18. 4m. Along the centerline, the girder is 3. 5m high. The whole bridge has 53 segments, and the incremental launching weight of the whole girder is 16 180t. During the construction, the steel girder was constructed first and then the suspension cables were erected. With 54m high temporary piers, the steel box girder was constructed using the incremental launching construction method that were featured with synchronous, and continuous launching on multiple points. The construction was characterized by large weight, large span, high demand to the construction quality and linear control, and large erosion on riverbed, etc. Compared with traditional technique, this construction method has made significant improvements and innovations in the control of the displacement at the top of the temporary piers, control of the unbalanced horizontal force during incremental launching,
and the setting of the sliding mode on the incremental launching platform. Key words; bridges; suspension bridges; design; incremental launching
工程概况
武西高速公路桃花峪黄河大桥是河南省规划的式陟一西峡高速公路跨越黄河的一座特大桥,全长7691.5m,主桥为(160+406+160)m自锚式悬索桥。设计为双向6车道,设计时速100km。
全桥采用Φ2.5m大直径钻孔桩基础,最大有效桩长97m。其中,主桥为目前世界最大跨度的整体*中铁大桥局桥经[2011]244号:武西高速公路桃花略黄河大桥关键技术研究

式全钢梁自锚式悬索桥,主跨406m,梁宽39m,钢梁顶推段梁高3.5m,南、北两岸锚固段梁高6.5m。主缆由37-127§5.3mm高强钢丝组成,中跨矢跨比为 1/5.8,吊索基本间距13.5m。2个边跨分别设置10 对吊索,中跨设置29对吊索,如图1所示。工程总工期42个月。
