无失效数据的特种车辆动力系统可靠性分析

摘要:通过对定时截尾条件下基于无故障和基于超寿命未替换使用两种情形下的特种车辆动力系统可靠性试验过程分析表明:应用最优置信限法能较好地反映定时截尾条件下基于指数分布的可靠性和耐久性水平,应用非减密度方法能够较真实地反映所有参试样本都超寿命的耐久性水平,应用耐久性概率下的区间估计能够较真实地反应部分参试样本超寿命使用的耐久性水平,并结合某特种车辆动力系统可靠性试验数据进行了分析说明,
为特种车辆动力系统无失效数据条件下的可靠性分析评估提供了方法。关键词:待种车辆;动力系统;可靠性;无失效数据

Abstract: The reliability test processes of special vehicle power system are analyzed based on zero-failure and over-life un-replaced using under timing truncation. The reliability and durability level based exponential distribution under timing truncation can be better reflected by the optimal fiducially limit method. The durability level under all test samples over-life can be truly reflected by the non-density method. The durability level under partial test samples over-life can be truly reflected by the interval estimation method under durability probability. Then, the methods are verified by the actual examples, and they have been used in the reliability assessment of special vehicle power system. The research will
give a method to the argumentation, development and test of power system. Key words: special vehicle; power system; reliability; zero-failure data
