桐油酸改性丙烯酸酯乳液的合成及性能研究

摘要:以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、桐油酸、过硫酸钾(KPS)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醛(NP-10)为原料合成了丙烯酸酯乳液,研究了桐油酸含量、单体配比、乳化剂含量对乳液及其涂膜性能的影响,并采用FT-IR、SEM、粒径及Zeta电位分析仪和涂膜性能测试仪对乳液及涂膜的结构和性能进行了测试。研究结果表明:桐油酸的加人使得乳胶粒的形态由球形变为方体或柱体,涂膜的吸水率有所减小,疏水性、硬度、附着力有所提高。当桐油酸含量为1%,乳化剂含量为3%,m(BA):m(MMA)=1:1时,乳液转化率达到98.4%,凝胶率为0.012%,涂膜的硬度、附着力从不加桐油酸时的B和7级提升到5H和2级。

AbstractThe acrvlate emulsion based on butyl acrylate (BA) methyl methacrylat(MMA),tung oil acid,potassium persulfate(KPS),sodium dodecyl sulphonate(SDS) and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (NP-1O) was synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The influence of the tung oil acid content, the mass ratio of BA and MMA and the emulsifier con tent on the properties of the emulsions and films were studied. And the structure and properties of the emulsions and films were tested by FT-IR, SEM, particle size and zeta potential analy-zer and membrane performance testers. The results showed that because of the addition of tung oil acid, the latex particle morphology was changed from sphere to cube or cylinder, the water absorption of film was reduced, and its hydrophobicity, pencil hardness and adhesion were im-proved.The conversion rate of emulsion was 98.4% and the gel content was 0.012% when the content of tung oil acid and emulsifier were 1% and 3% of the monomer mass respectively and
