炮弹外表面自动喷漆烘干设备试验研究

摘要:为实现弹药维修表面处理的自动化和绿色化,提高喷漆烘干效率,对研制的炮弹外表面自动涂装烘干设备开展了试验研究。通过喷漆烘干试验数据可知,经该设备处理后的弹药漆膜质量满足通用弹药维修规程要求。研究成果为该设备的参数设置及优化奠定了良好的基础,可有效推动弹药维修工艺的发展及弹药维修质量的提高;且对涂装行业提供一定的参考。

Abstract: To achieve the automation and green technology as painting or repairing the sur-face of the ammunition, and to improve the efficiency of painting and drying, an automatic painting and drying equipment for outer surface of ammunition has been prepared and tested. The testing data shows that the quality of film on outer surface of ammunition satisfies the gen-eral requirement of ammunition repair. The research results are significant for this equipment in terms of the parameters setting and optimization, giving an impetus to improvement of am-munition repair process and quality. Furthermore, the results might be useful to coating indus-tries.

喷漆、烘干是通用弹药修理中两道核心工序,是影响炮弹储存寿命的关键环节。弹药表面的传统涂装工艺主要是采用手工喷涂或刷涂的方式,存在劳动强度大、工作效率低、环境污染重、且漆膜均匀性难以统一等问题2-4,制约了弹药维修工艺的发展及弹药维修质量的整体提高。现有的漆膜固化烘干设备,
