摘要:以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和氧化锡锑(ATO)为原料.二苯基二乙氧基硅烷(DPES)为改性剂,采用溶胶凝胶法制得改性纳米粒子(BPNT):并将BPNT与含氟丙烯酸树脂共混.得到纳米复合树脂(NA-FB),并以NA-FB为成膜物质制得性能优异的纳米复合涂层。用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等对BPNT和NA-FB涂层的形貌、结构及性能进行了表征和测试,并探讨了改性前后纳米体系的相容性与分散性,以及BPNT的用量对涂层疏水性、硬度、隔热性和透明度的影响。结果表明:DPES改性后的纳米体系分散均勾且与树脂的相容性较好;BPNT质量分数为6%,固化温度为130C时,涂层的硬度为5H,附着力可达0级,接触角提高到116℃,且具有较好的透明隔热性能

Abstract: The modified nano-particles (BPNT) were prepared by sol-gel method using tetraethylorthosilicate, tin antimony oxide ( ATO) as raw materials as well as vinyldiphenyle thoxysilane(DPES) as modifiers. Then nanocomposite resin(NAFB) was prepared by BPNT and fluoro-containing acrylic resin( FB) , which was further used to prepare the nanocomposite coating with good properties. The structure and properties of BPNT and NAFB were studied by FTIR, SEM, TEM and AFM. The compatibility and dispersity of the nanocomposite were also compared before and after modification. And the effect of BPNT dosage on the hydropho-bicity, hardness, heat insulation and transparency of the NAFB coatings was investigated. The results indicated that the modified nanocomposite had good dispersity and compatibility with FB resin. The coatings comprising 10% BPNT were cured at 130 °C to form films showing high hardness up to 5H, adhesion grade 0, water contact angle up to 116°, good transparency and heat insulation property
