浅谈汽车涂装的“超音速”喷涂技术王飞（长城汽车股份有限公司技术中心，河北省汽车工程技术研究中心，河北保定071000）摘要：初步探讨了日本某车型车身的“超音速”喷涂技术。采用这种新型涂装工艺的车身能产生强双反射效果，明暗对比鲜明，不仅可增强车身立体感、动感，而且也有助于提高整车的外观质量。

Abstract: The solving ideas and concrete solutions of ED crater in new paint shop were presented combined with a certain paint shop's pratical situation. It was showed that the main reasons of ED crater were as followed: chain oil in the oven, too fast heating speed in the oven and the oil accumulation on the edge of single parts from the press shop. It had a great positive effect on the improving anticorrosion function and product quality, and reducing the production cost by eliminating the ED crater defect.
