运行系统的架构,以及与传统CBTC系统的区别。着重提出,必须通过制定与全自动运行系统相匹配的运营规则,并通过各专业系统设备自动联动控制,才可以充分发挥全自动运行系统的优势,显著节约人力和各项成本,从而提升轨道交通整体装备的可靠性水平,最后针对当前国内轨道交通快速发展的现状,提出在后续线路规划全自动运行系统时的多项建议:分步骤推进FAO线路的应用,首条线路可选择客流量较小的线路,待运营单位和乘客适应FAO后再逐步推广;进一步提高系统集成度,实现多专业联动控制,并设立独立的运营团队,从而更好地发挥FAO系统优势,真正为线路运营能力的提升做出贡献。

Abstract: Technical characteristics of the fully automatic operation (FAO) system are identified through analyzing the development history of the system. Fully automatic operation is advanced and is the development trend of the train control system in the future, which enables the performance of the rail transit system with the high levels of availability, reliability and safety. The architecture of an FAO operation system, whose core technology has proprietary intellectual property rights, is illustrated by using Beijing Yanfang Line as a case, which is a national demonstration project of the FAO system. The differences between the FAO system and the traditional CBTC system are identified and explained. Rules and regulations supporting the operation of the FAO system need to be established and automatic linkage control needs to achieved among various technical facilities, as so to bring the FAO system into full play. In addition, manpower and costs can be significantly saved and the reliability of the transportation facilities can be enhanced as well. China has witnessed the rapid development of rail transit systems nowadays. Therefore, suggestions are put forward for the FAO systems for the follow-up planning of urban rail lines. The FAO lines should be developed step by step. The first line of this type should be lines with smaller passenger flows and be expanded when the operators and passengers become adapted to the FAO system. Moreover, system integration should be further improved and an independent operation team be established in order to truly enhance the operation capacity of the lines.
