全密度反应器C-4001的制造工艺技术分析

Abstract: The FDPE reactor is composed of sphere, cone, barrel, skirt and other accessories, the sphere, cone, barrel have several kinds of thickness transition, the conneetion of barrel and skirt is the dissimilar materials welding, the manufacturing and installation quality requirement is high, needs several standards in the meanwhile, machining precision is high, manufacturing and installation difficulty is high. Transportation would be severely beyond the limits if it's manufactured inside of the factory in the way of integrated manufacturing, Therefore, the equipment was made in the way of infactory segmentation manufacture by cutting net

全密度聚乙烯装置反应器为立式结构,属三类中压设备,按JB4732-1995《钢制压力容器分析设计》进行设计和制造,同时参照GB12337-1998《钢制球形储罐》等相关标准的规定。反应器主体材料为低温钢16MnDR.简体设计壁厚60/80mm 过渡段厚度80/86/92mm;上、下球形封头壁厚48/ 34mm;设备内径为Φ5200/Φ8230mm,设备总长度为38407mm(含裙座),设备净质量426t。设备上下为球形封头,上球形封头与简体之间采用锥形过渡段连接,内部靠近下球形封头处安装1块分配板.设计参数见表1。
针对该台反应器重量规格、结构特点及制造安装技术要求,采取厂房预制和现场预制二部分
进行的方案,见图1。 1厂房内预制
I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ段在厂房内成型,分别运输至现场。万方数据
I段:1节筒体(长度L=2000mm)、下球形封头组合件、裙座过渡段(长度L=140mm,1节)、裙座(长度L=2900mm,3节:长度L=2710mm,1节),重量为81.2t,总长度为14100mm。
Ⅱ段:3节筒体(长度L=2800mm)、1节筒体(长度L=2638mm)重量为89.9t.总体的长度为 11038mm
II段:1节筒体(长度L=2000mm,8=80mm) 1节锥体(长度L=2200mm,Φ5200/6180mm, 8=80mm),重量为47.3t,总长度为4200mm。锥体外委分6瓣压制.在厂房内组焊成型;8=80mm 简体外委卷制、找圆。
下球形封头由1个球台(分6瓣压制)和1个球缺组成,根据球台大小对外委进行分避冷压制,压制后分块运至厂房内,在平台上进行封头组焊成型。
