乙烯裂解装置达标运行分析

摘要：文中阐述了某石化公司的乙烯裂解装置2015-2016年达标运行情况。从装置运行时的原料消耗、能耗、产品收率及运行周期等方面.分析了影响该装置运行指标的多种因素，并提

Abstract : This paper expounded the uptostandard operation situation of the ethylene plant of a petrochemical company in 2015 and 2016. It analyzed various factors influeneing operating indexes of this plant from the aspects of material consumption, energ) consumption, product yield and operation period, and put forward specific scheme for improving the production efficiency and reducing energy consumption of the plant.

某石化公司拥有3套乙烯装置，目前正在运行的是裂解一套(E1)装置和裂解三套(E3)装置，裂解二套(E2)装置因为化工产品市场低迷和裂解原料不足暂时停工。E1装置采用以油田轻烃(LTHC）、石脑油（NAP）、加氢尾油为原料。经改造后设计乙烯生产能力330kt/a；E2装置采用以石脑油(NAP)和加氢尾油(HCTO)为原料。经改造后
