[摘要]：螺杆压缩机是我公司高炉喷煤供风系统的动力和核心，为高炉的生产连续输送高压气体。SAC200W-20型机组为水冷式喷油双级螺杆压缩机，在高炉喷煤系统中为压力最高的供风设备。就设备在运行中出现润滑油结焦、轴承使用破损严重、寿命短的事故进行了理论和实际分析，我到其中原固及控制对策。总结了使用过程中的经验
和教训，掌握其故障原固及其处理方法，为设备日后的安全、稳定运行做好铺垫。[关键词]：螺杆压缩机；结焦；寿命

Abstract:Screw compressor is the power and core of pulverized coal injection system for wind in our company, which is continuously eaeoaerenesesdn stages, which is the wind supply system with the highest pressure in pulverized coal injection system. This paper carried out the the-oretical and practical analysis on the faults of lubricating oil coking, bearing seriously damage and short life occurred in the operating of equipment, and the reasons and control countermeasures are found. The experiences in the using process are summarized, and the

2010年初首钢迁安钢铁有限责任公司4000m 高炉建成投产，此高炉路身于国内大型高炉行列，为此高炉配套的煤粉喷吹压风系统由SAC200W-20型双级螺杆式压缩机供给，按高炉设计要求安装5台设备（设计运行方式4用1备），自投产运行以来设备系统运行工况保持平稳顺行，产气量和气压均满足高炉喷煤系统用户需求。
此螺杆空压机具有运转性能可靠、易损件少、振动小、噪声低、效率高的特点。其润滑原理是凭借自身供给系统，在压缩过程中不断地向压缩腔及轴承注人润滑油，注人的润滑油可在转子之
