软质PVC/环氧树脂共混物性能的研究

观察了粒子在基体中的分情况。结果表明:①在试验条件下,E51质量分数为5%(以PVC/E51质量为100%计,下同)时,试样的力学性能较好。②当E51质量分数为10%时,共混物的最大转矩最低;当E51质量分数为13% 时,共混物的平衡转矩最低。②经过固化的试样的力学性能优于未固化的试样。④E51的加人能够改善试样的相容性与粒子的分散效果。

Abstract: The mechanical properties and processing properties of PVC/epoxy resin (E51) com-posites (cured and uncured) were investigated. The dispersion of particles in matrix was observed by SEM. The results showed that: (1) good mechanical properties of samples could be obtained when 5 wt% E51 (based on 100 wt% PVC/E51, the bclow was same) was adopted under experi-mental conditions.(2) the maximum torque of the composites was the lowest when the content of E51 was 10 wt%, and the equiponderance torque of the composites was the lowest when the content of E51 was 13 wt%. (3) the mechanical properties of cured samples were better than those of the uncured samples. (4) the adoption of E51 could improve the compatibility of samples and the dis-persion effects of particles.
PVC以其良好的物理性能、化学性能及低廉的价格等优势广泛应用于各种建筑材料中。环氧树脂具有很高的反应活性,价格低廉,可同时提高聚合物的强度和韧性,具有很好的应用前景。
