国内外钛白粉的性能比较

[摘要］分别从干混料的加工性能，试样的外观色差、光泽、力学性能以及耐老化性等方面，比较了进口金红石型钛白粉A和国产金红石型钛白粉B,C、D。结果表明：钛白粉B的质量接近钛白粉A；钛白粉C、D在加工性能、光泽和耐老化性等方面存在较多的间题，需要提升质量。

Abstract; Imported rutile-type titanium white A was compared with domestic rutile-type tita-nium white B, C and D in aspects of the processing propcrties of dry blends and the appearance color difference, luster, mechanical properties and ageing resistance of samples. Th results show that the quality of titanium white B is close to that of titanium white A. There are many problems on po-cessing properties, luster and agcing resistance of titanium white C and D, and their quality needs to be improved.
钛白粉是白色PVC型材的重要组成部分，主要为型材提供2方面的作用：①作为PVC型材的紫外线屏蔽剂，提高其耐老化性；②作为颜料，为PVC型材提供良好的外观色相与光泽等[1]。长期以来，国内PVC型材所使用的钛白粉主要为进口的金红石型。近年来，随着国内钛白粉生产技术的不断进步，国产金红石型钛白粉的质量也在不断提高。那么，目前国产钛白粉是否能替代进口高端品牌呢？笔者挑选目前市场上3个牌号的国产PVC型材用钛白粉，与常用的进口钛白粉进行详细的对比试验，分别从干混料的加工性能，试样的外观、力学性能以及耐候性等方面进行对比分析。
1试验 1.1原料
进口金红石型钛白粉A，国产金红石型钛白粉[收稿日期］2010-06-08

混料机组JZRL10/25，阜新红旗机械厂；Bra-bender流变仪，W-50-EHT，德国布拉本德公司； Brabender试验挤出机，DSE25/26D，德国布拉本德公司；色差/配色仪，CE－7000A，德国GetagMac-beth公司；光泽度仪，ZGM1020，瑞士吉恩尔公司；美式落球冲击试验仪，SIG=1142，美国Gardner公司；微机控制电子万能试验机，WDW-50J，上海华龙测试仪器厂，塑料拉伸冲击试验机，XJL-25，承德试验机责任有限公司；QUV耐候试验机，QUV-se，美国EPCO测试技术有限公司。
