氟乙烯悬浮聚合用ACR乳液及抗冲PVC树脂的制备

【摘要】采用种子乳液聚合工艺制备了ACR乳液,并与氧乙烯悬浮聚合制备了抗冲PVC树脂,考察了种子单体配比对种子乳减粒径的影响,种子乳液用量对ACR乳液粒径的影响,ACR乳液粒径对抗冲PVC树脂性能的影响。结果表明:①由于共聚的2种种子单体的结构相近,因此其配比对种子乳液粒径影响不大;②采用不同种子乳液用量制得的ACR乳液,实测粒径与理论粒径相差在7nm以内,表明ACR乳液的粒径是可控的;③ACR乳减的适宜粒径为(200±10)nm,此时PVC树脂的冲击强度得到大幅提升,拉伸强度略有下降,维卡软化温度基本不受影响;③该ACR乳液与氯乙烯悬浮聚合时没有粘签问题。

Abstract: ACR emulsions were prepared by seed emulsion polymerization process. Impact PVC resins were prepared by suspension polymerization of the ACR emulsions and vinyl chlorides. The effects of seed monomer ratio on the particle sizes of seed emulsions, the effects of seed emulsion dosages on the particle sizes of ACR emulsions, and the effects of particle sizes of ACR emuksions on the properties of impact PVC resins were investigated. The results showed that because of the similar structure of the two seed comonomers, the ratios of the comonomers had little effect on the particle sizes of the seed emul-sions. The differences between measured particle sizes and theoretical particle sizes of ACR emulsions pre pared by different seed emulsion dosages were less than 7 nm, indicating that the particle sizes of ACR e-muksions were controllable. The suitable particle sizes of ACR emulsions were (200 ±10) nm, the im-pact strengths of PVC resins obtained under this condition significantly improved, while the tensile strength slightly decreased, the Vicat softening temperature almost unchanged. There was no scaling prob-
lem in suspension polymerization of the ACR emulsions and vinyl chlorides.【收稿日期】20150402
