【摘要】以氯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为单体,通过悬浮案合法制备了氯乙烯共聚弹性体(VCE)。通过核避共报谱图,红外光谱表征了VCE的结构,通过炭胶渗透色谱测定了VCE的分子质量,采用差示扫描量热法测定了VCE的玻璃化转变湿度(T,),采用热失重分析测试了VCE的热稳定性,采用毛细管黏度计测定了VCE 的黏数,采用扫描电子显微镜观累了VCE颗粒的微观形貌,并测试了VCE的拉伸性能。结果表明:①VCE是氯乙
有较好的干流性;④随着BA含量的增加、MMA含量的减少,VCE的分子质量增加,T,逐渐减小,黏数逐渐增加,拉伸届服强度减小,断裂拉伸应变逐渐增大。

Key words : vinyl chloride; butyl acrylate; methyl methacrylate; copolymer; elastomer; impact modifier Abstract: Vinyl chloride copolymer elastomer(VCE) was prepared by suspension polymerization of
vinyl chloride, butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate. The structure of VCE was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and IR spectroscopy. The molecular mass of VCE was determined by gel permeation chromatography. The glass transition temperature( T,) of VCE was determined by diferential scanning calorimetry. The thermal stability of VCE was tested by thermal gravimetric analysis. The mor-phology of VCE particles was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The tensile properties of VCE were determined as well. The results showed that VCE was a copolymer of vinyl chloride and not a mix-ture. The thermal decomposition temperature of VCE was above 200 °C, and the thermal stability of VCE was better than that of common PVC.VCE particles were spherical with good flowability.With the increase in BA content and the reduction in MMA content, the molecular mass of VCE increased, the T, of VCE decreased, the viscosity number of VCE increased, the tensile yield strength of VCE de-creased, and the tensile strain at break of VCE increased gradually.
