摘要:针对辽河油田沈84-安12块高凝油开展原油组分与表面活性剂的作用关系研究,提出能降低原油界面张力达到超低的表面活性剂筛选新方法。采用柱色谱法分离原油组分得到饱和分、芳香分、胶质和沥青质,对组分与常用的阴离子、非离子和两性3类表面活性剂的界面张力进行测定。结果表明:胶质对表面活性剂降低原油界面张力影响较大,沥青质次之,饱和分与芳香分的影响虽较弱,但原油中饱和分含量高,仍需考患饱和分的
影响;优选出的甜菜碱-2表面活性剂可使原油界面张力降低到10-mN/m数量级。关键调:原油组分;界面张力;表面活性剂筛选

Abstract: According to the interaction researches between the high-point oil components and surfactants in Block Shen84-An12 of Liaohe Oilfield, the new screening method was established for the surfactants which can help to a-chieve ultra-low interfacial tension, With the help of the column chromatographic method, the crude oil was separa-ted into saturate, aromatic, resin and asphaltene components, and moreover the interfacial tensions were measured between the components and commonly used three surfactants ineluding the anionic, non-ion and amphoteric surfac-tants. The results show that the resin has much more bigger influence on the reduction of the interfacial tension by the surfactants, the asphaltene takes second place, although the effects of the saturate and aromatic components are much weaker, the amount of the former is pretty higher, so its influence should be considered; the optimized Beta-
ine-2 surfactant can reduce the value grade of the oil interfacial tension to 10-" mN/m. Key words: crude oil component; interfacial tension; surfactant screening
