摘要:警用防弹头盔外壳是要经得住子弹射击和锐器穿刺,才能保护好警察头颅。通过对警用防弹头盔外壳的各种试验分析,得出了需要采用坚韧耐磨、刚柔相济、具有刀枪不入性能的凯夫拉为材料。在采用了能防止产生皱折、搭接、气泡、富胶、贫胶和分层等缺陷的多层预成型套件凯夫拉编织物的铺放,以及采用树脂传递模塑成型(RTM)工艺,确保了警用防弹头盔外壳成型质量,又能实现连续流水批量生产。在模具结构上创造性采用了凹模为对开分型,凸模1处为斜导柱滑块和2处为斜滑块二次抽芯结构。从而实现了能避开头外壳上多处障碍体对其脱模的影响,使得头盔外壳
能够顺利地脱模,从而确保了RTM工艺很好地进行。关键词:头盔外壳;RTM技术;成型模;抽芯;脱模

Simpledrill jig design of RTM forming for police bulletproof helmet shell

Abstract: Police bulletproof helmet shell is to withstand bullets and sharps puncture in order to protect the head of the police. Through the test analysis of police bulletproof helmet shell, the Kevlar material was obtained with tough wear resistance, hardness and softness as well as invulnerability.Multi-layer preform suite Kevlar fabric placement is used to prevent thegeneration offold,lap,bubble,rich glue,poor adhesive and delamination defects.And the resin transfer molding (RTM) was adopted to ensure that the police bulletproof helmet shell forming quality, and can realize the continuous mass production. For the mould struc-ture, split open parting is used for concave mould, and the convex mold is consisted of the inclined guide pillar sliding block and two core pulling structure, which can avoid the influ-ence of the multiple obstacles on the ejection of the helmet shell. Thus, the helmet shell can be released smoothly and the RTM process is well carried out.
