热隔膜成形中隔膜的超弹性本构模型

摘要:以复合材料热隔膜成形工艺中的隔膜为研究对象,通过单向拉伸试验,研究了隔膜在不同温度和拉伸速率下的力学性能。建立了隔膜在大变形和常温下的可压缩超弹性本构模型,根据试验数据对模型参数进行了拟合。通过抽真空条件下隔膜吸附贴合模具试验和有限元模拟结果对比,验证了该模型的适用性,为热隔膜成形工艺模拟打下了基础。

Hyperelastic constitutive model of diaphragm in hot diaphragm forming

Abstract; Based on uniaxial tensile testing results, the mcchanical behavior of a diaphragm at different temperatures and deformation rates was analyzed.A compressible hyperelastic modcl was established to describe the large deformation behavior of the diaphragm under room temperature. Material parameters were acquired by nonlinear fitting of the testing da ta. Draping experiment of the diaphragm under vacuum negative pressure was conducted u-sing a home-madehot diaphragm forming system.Comparison between draping simulation results and experimental data validated the applicability of the proposed hyperelastic model for the diaphragm. It builds up a foundation for numerical simulation of composite hot dia-phragm forming
