汽车大型拉深件局部起皱问题解决方法

(长城汽车股份有限公司技术中心河北汽车工程技术研究中心,河北保定071000)摘要:在冲压成形过程中,特殊形状的制件容易引起产品缺陷,会给生产带来严重的影响,并对后续的焊装、涂装和总装带来各种潜在的风险。解决这类问题往往要考虑多方面因素的影响,通过全局管控整改,进而消除缺陷。通过鱼骨刺图分析法来寻找真因,从顶杆高度的一致性、制件的成形工艺、模具结构和板料性能等方面进行阐述,并提出解决该问题的有效方案。结果表明,保证了拉深件的品质,也提高了整车质量。

Abstract: In the stamping process, the special shape of the parts easily leads to product de-fect, which will have serious impact on production, and bring a variety of potential risks to welding,painting and assembly.Many factors often nced to be considered to solve such problem, needing the global control rectification and reform to eliminate the defects. In this paper, the real reason of the problem is found by fishbone diagram analysis and the con-sistency of the mandrel height, the forming process of the part, the dic structure and shcet performance. Then an effective solution to the problem is put forward.The results show that the method can cnsure the quality of drawing parts and improve the quality of vehicle.
