摘要:在多款车型实践基础上,总结了汽车覆盖件冲压废料再利用的方法,给出了工作流程图,即在白车身同步设计阶段,应用板料成形CAE模拟手段获取大零件的废料初始尺寸,然后通过过滤筛选获取可能再利用的废料的小零件清单,再借助CAE模拟软件进行小零件的成形模拟及废料尺寸调整模拟,以及零件设计面的配合调整,确定废料再利用的技术方案,实现零件成本降低的目标。以某车型的侧围外板下料废料再利用为实例,采用上述方法可将该侧国外板的下料废料再利用于9个小零件上,节
省材料9.01kg/台,节省费用48.3元/台,证实该方法有效可行。关键词:汽车覆盖件;冲压废料再利用;数值模拟

Abstract:Based on thc practice of several cars, the mcthods of recycling stamping scraps of automobilc panels was elaborated, and the workflow chart was given. In the synchronous design phase of car bodyin white, firstly, shcet metal forming simulation was adoptcd to obtain the initial size information of stamping scraps of the big-size part; secondly, a list of possible small - size parts to reuse the stamping scraps was made through filtration; thirdly, simulation of formability,dimcnsional adjustmcnt of scraps of the smaller parts and adjust-ment of part surface were executed by numerical simulation to dctcrmine the technical scheme of recycling stamping scraps to reduce cost. Rccycling blanking scraps from the out-er panel of a car was taken as an cxample of the above methods,the blanking scraps from the outer panel were rcused for 9 small parts, 9.01 kg material per car was reduced, 48.3 Yuan cost per car was cut.Therefore, it was concluded that the mcthods are effective and feasible.
