基于Moldflow的仪表板安全气囊框注塑模具设计

摘要:利用Moldflow模拟软件进行分析,得到了仪表板安全气景框注塑模的最佳浇口位置,并根据此浇口,对填充时间和塑件变形等一系列问题进行了分析,验证了浇口位置的合理性。以此为指导,利用UG软件设计了安全气囊框的注塑模具,得到了模具总装图。该模具结构合理、简单实用,生产的塑件质量好、精度高,满足使用要求。关键词:注塑模;Moldflow;UG;模拟

Abstract: Moldflow was used to analyze and obtain the best gate position in injection mould of dashboard airbag box. Based on the best gate, series of problems such as filling time and plastic part deformation were analyzed, and then rationality of the gate position was veri-fied. According to the result, the injection mould of dashboard airbag box was designed based on UG, and general assembly drawing was obtained.The mould structure was rea-sonable, simple and practical, and the products satisfied the requirements of good quality and high accuracy.

图1所示塑件为仪表板安全气囊框,材料为PP+EPDM-T20(该材料为改性PP以及橡胶增韧含矿物20%(滑石粉)的专用改性材料, PP为聚丙烯,EPDM为三元乙丙橡胶,T为滑石粉),框体总长255mm,宽190mm,产品壁厚分布比较均匀,主壁厚为4.0~4.8mm,局部壁
