基于M-K理论的高温成形极限预测及影响因素分析

摘要:为获得准确的22MnB5高强钢高温成形极限,基于M-K成形极限理论,采用 BBC2005屈服准则和Norton-Hoff流动应力模型进行推导。通过与22MnB5高强钢的实验数据进行对比,验证了预测模型的准确性。同时,利用该模型计算并分析了不同条件下得到的成形极限曲线(FLC)的特点。研究表明,高阶各向异性屈服准则更适合描述22MnB5高强钢高温成形极限;M-K理论中凹槽角度变化对成形极限曲线预测的影响较小;在一定的温度和应变速率范图内,成形极限曲线的位置随温度和应变速率的增加而上升。

Abstract: In order to obtain the high temperature forming limit of 22MnB5 high strength steel with grcater accuracy, a prediction model is proposed based on M-K theory, BBC 2o05 yield critcrion, Norton-Hoff flow stress model. The accuracy of the prediction model is ver ified by comparing with the experimental data in the literature. This model can be uscd as an inspcction criterion for high strength steel in hot stamping process. It can be concluded that high order anisotropic yield criterion is morc suitable to describe the FLC(Forming Limit Curve) of 22MnB5. The groove angle in M-K theory has little influence on the FLC. In a certain temperature and strain rate rangc, the position of the FLC increases with the in crease of temperature and strain rate.
