高温电池的极限高温实验及影响因素分析

摘要:以极限高温测试作为评判方法,分别考查蓄电泡外壳材料及厚度、电解液成分、铅膏类型及催化栓等因素对蓄电池高温性能的影响。结果表明,采用改性ABS材料、特性铅膏配方,且外壳厚度在8mm以上的电池耐高温性能较好。同时,采用胶体电解液、安装催化栓也可以在一定程度上提升电池的高温性能。

The results showed that the high temperature performance of the lead-acid battery was better when the modified ABS materials and specific paste are used, and the container thickness was more than 8 mm. At the same time, by using the gelled electrolyte and catalytic plug, the high temperature performance of the battery could be improved to a certain extent.

国电信公司等国内运营商均已公开招标,集中采购专用型高温电池。高温电池相比于普通电池,适用温度范围更宽,能够在35℃下正常使用(常规蓄电池的使用温度为25℃),可以大大降低基站机房对空调设备的依赖,大幅节约能耗,并减少温室气体的排放,利于环境保护1-]。
