半空心铝型材一模四孔切割式分流模

摘要:介绍了一种半空心铝型材一模四孔分流模结构。为了保证模具的强度,采用分割式分流模结构,改变了传统的分流模的结构组成,增设了前置分流板。详细介绍了一模四孔分流模结构的参数选择,主要包括挤压机能力、模孔的布置、分流孔的设计、下模焊合室和工作带等。根据挤压结果,对普通的分流模和一模四孔分流模结构进行了对比。实践表明,这种针对半空心型材的一模四孔分流模具可以大幅提高挤压机的效率和降低生产成本。

Abstract: A new porthole die with four cavitics in a die for semi-hollow Al-profiles was in troduced. A cutting type structure was used to ensure the die strength. The traditional struc-ture composition was changed with an additional front feeder plate. The structure paramc-ters of the porthole die with four cavities were described in detail, mainly including the choice of the machine, the structure of the front fecder plate, the layout of die holes, the arrangement of portholes, the chamber and the bearing ctc. And according to the extrusion results, the new portholc die with four cavities was compared to the porthole die with single cavity in common cutting type.The practical application shows that the porthole with four cavities in a die for scmi-hollow profiles is more advanced than the common ones. The prac-tice shows that the porthole die with four cavitics in a die for semi-hollow profiles can sig-nificantly improves the efficiency and reduces the production cost.
