PVC管件自动切断浇口注塑模具设计

摘要:以注塑模具自动剪浇口为研究对象,突破目前注塑模具注塑成型出来的产品需要人工修剪浇口、人工成本投入高的问题。针对从型腔侧面大浇口进胶的模具,拟通过对模具结构进行改进和在模具上增加浇口切刀辅助装置,从而开发出在开模时能自动将浇口(流道)剪断的注塑模具,使注塑出来的产品在出模后不需要人工将浇口料修剪掉,实现流道与产品的分离,节省人工,降低了生产成本。实践证明,该模具结构合理,生产的PVC管件满足设计要求,解决了注塑模具自动切断侧浇口这一问题,
提高了生产效率,节约人工费50~60个百分点,提高了模具附加值。关键词:管件;注塑模具;大浇口;浇口切刀;自动剪浇口

Design of injection mould for automatic cutting gate of PvC pipe fittings

Abstract: Taking the injection mould automatic cutting gate as the research object, the current problems of injection moulding products including needing artificial pruning gate, high artificial cost are broken through. For the plastic mould with side cavity gate, by improving the mould structure and the gate cutter auxiliary device, the injection mould was developed, which could au tomatically cut off the gate runner. Thus, the injection products does not need the runner material trimmed away to achieve the separation of the product and flow path. Using this method, labor is saved and production cost is reduced. Practice has proved that the mould structure is reasonable,
cut off automatically, the production efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is saved 50~ 60 percentage point, increasing the mould added valuc.
