门铰链加强板冲孔切断模结构的改进

【摘要】通过对B07门铰链加强板第4工序旧模具凹模镶块崩裂、吊锲不回复以及制件相对孔位难以保证等问题进行分析,同时结合该工序的工艺内容,借模具复制的机会对模具结构进行了改进,改进后模具结构简单、强度增加、故障率低、维修方便,以及制件质量得到提高。

[Abstract] This paper discusses the issue of the old fourth die of BO7 door hinge reinforcing plate like die insert split, inclinedwedge no reduce and instability of relative hole location, By analyzing the process we improved the structure of this die while it was copyed. The improved die is simplified in structure, enforced in strength, with lower failure rate and more convenient maintenance while the parts quality was improved.
