外壳注塑模结构方案可行性分析与设计

摘要:外壳是四周存在着多种形式的型孔、型槽和带螺孔嵌件,且型孔轴线存在着斜交与正交的注塑件。Φ19.2mm斜孔与Φ44mmX34.4mm孔在成型加工范围内斜交52.9°,采用2种具有时间差的抽芯便避免了运动涉,即斜孔型芯应先于@44mmX 34.4mm孔型芯抽芯,后于44mm×34.4mm孔型芯复位。Φ19.2mm斜孔与9个嵌件中的1个G1/16"螺孔,在成型加工范围外正交。为此,将斜孔型芯分成型芯和芯杆2部分,型芯采用了带导向圆柱销和限位结构且置于Φ44mmX34.4mm型芯孔中的结构,可利用与芯杆对接而进行抽芯和复位运动。芯杆上开有避让支撑螺孔型芯的通槽,在型芯和芯杆结合部位设计了能对接和脱离的弹性夹头。这种注塑模结构设计,保证了外壳的顺利加工。

Feasibility analysis and design of shell injection mould structure

Abstract: Shell is an injection molded parts around which there are various kinds of holes, grooves and inscrts with screw holes, and there exists oblique and orthogonal holes. 19.2 mm inclined hole and 44 mm × 34.4 mm oblique hole are crossing at 52.9° in form-ing scope. The movement interference is avoided by using two kinds of corc-pulling with time difference, namely the inclined groove core should proceed core-pulling before 44 mm X 34.4 mm, and be resct after 44 mm×34.4 mm pass core. 19.2 mm inclined hole and one of the screw hole G 1/16 * in 9 inscrts arc orthogonal outside the processing scope. Therefore, oblique groove core is divided into core and core rod two parts. The core adopt-ed the cylindrical pin and limit structure in 44 mm × 34.4 mm core hole, availablc for core-pulling and rcset by docking with the mandrel. Core rod has groove giving way to the sup-port screw core, clastic chuck is designcd to docking and detachment at the core and core rod combining site. The injection mould structure design ensures the smooth processing of the shell.
