摘要:针对传统汽车安全玻璃安装托架成型工艺存在的不足,采用玻璃脆性嵌件一体化注射成型安装托架的方法,在安全璃的嵌装式托架注射模设计中,采用Pro/E和Moldlflow相结合的方法,在不同浇口位置方案下对熔体填充和塑件翘曲变形进行模拟分析,确定浇口的最佳位置设计方案,进行模具设计和试制,并测试塑件的成型精度及粘结强度,利用Moldflow分析得出在不同浇口位置下,安装托架注射成型中缺陷出现的位置,并分析其产生的原固。经实际试制塑件平均飞边厚度为0.1mm,塑件精度较高,粘结强度为250-380N,可为实际生产提供依据。
