信息技术在企业反腐倡廉工作中的应用探讨

摘要：随着社会信息化程度不断提高，信息技术在反腐倡廉工作中的地位和作用日益凸显，并在诸多领域得到了充分运用，显著提升了反离倡康建设的质量和效率，以中国海运集团型企业为例，在分析信息技术在反腐倡康建设中的地位和作用以及主要应用领域的基础上，进一步探讨运用信息技术提升反腐倡廉建设水平的实现途径和创
新设想，并对提升反离倡廉建设信息化水平所需的一系列保障措施进行讨论。关键调：信息化技术；反属倡廉；信息平台

Abstract: The role of information technology in anti-coruption work of the enterprise group is becoming increasingly prominent due to the informatization of the company. The information ready for the anticorruption makes the work more effective, This paper introduces the role and the funetions of information platform in anticorruption work of China Shipping Group. The scope of functioning of the platform is described. Measures to enhance the anticorruption function of the information platform are pro posed.

党的十八大报告指出：“反腐倡廉必须常抓不懈，拒腐防变必须警钟长鸣。要坚持中国特色反腐倡廉道路，坚持标本兼治、综合治理、惩防并举、注重预防方针，全面推进惩治和预防腐败体系建设，做到干部清正、利益冲突制度，注重运用科技手段防治腐败。”
当今世界，信息化正深刻地改变着政治、经济和社会生活，既给传统的反腐倡廉工作模式带来一系列新情况、新问题和新挑战，但也为我们提升反腐倡廉建设水平创造了新的机遇和条件。可以说，运用信息技术推进反腐倡廉建设，有利于前移权力运行监督关口，提高监督的质量和效率；有利于凝聚群众反腐倡廉合力，扩大知情面、参与面和有效监督，推进反腐倡廉工作“落地”、“下海”；有利于及时、生动地传播反腐倡谦法规、政策和知识，提高廉洁从业教育的针对性、延续性。
