交通工程项目目标管理探讨

商要：为了准确、准时地完成考核指标，进一步提高部门及工程项目的管理质量，需要研究交通工程项目目标管理并在实践中提升其水平。根据交通工程项目目标管理的特点，采用链接分解目标，观察目标完成进展情况，进行信息评估和反馈处理，确保各项考核指标顺利完成。实践表明，目标管理方法可行，实用性强，能有效降低管理成本。

Abstract: The management by objeetive (MBO) is effective in improving the management of businesses and projects, and ensu ring the completion of company objeetives, This paper studies the implementation of the management by objective in traffic en gineering projects. The evaluation indexes for traffic engineering projects are set through target decomposition. The system of performance evaluation and information processing and the mechanism of feedback are set up. The progresses of the projects are monitored throughout to ensure that every thing goes smoothly. Practical implementation shows that the objective management system is feasible and effect.

交通工程项目具有以下几个特点：（1）项目规模大，需通过招投标；
（2）工程设计施工分阶段性，项目周期长；（3）项目须现场施工；
（4）施工质量管控要求高；
（5）须通过峻工验收并提供质保期维护：
资质、技术储备及品牌要求高；

（7）市场规模不断扩大，如何进一步提升管理质量，值得研究，
目标管理法（ManagementByObjective，MBO)被日本、西欧国家等地的企业管理界广泛应用。MBO以目标为导向，以人为中心，以成果为标准，是使组织和个人取得最佳业绩的现代管理方法。现根据交通工程项目的特点，通过建立交通工程项目MBO体系，并采用链接分解目标，观察目标完成情况，进行信息评估和
