基于Workbench的自润滑关节轴承失效分析及
优化设计

摘要:针对YSG507R10TL型自润滑关节轴承在径向极限静载荷性能试验中内圈出现挤压裂纹的现象,结合有限元分析方法,运用三维建模软件UG对轴承进行全参数化建模。使用Workbench对模型进行径向静载荷有限元计算,研究径向载荷对轴承各零件的影响。通过分析轴承失效原因,并以计算结果为依据,以Workbench优化设计模块为工具,对轴承进行结构优化设计。结果表明:自润滑关节轴承内圈采用圆倒角时,径向载荷产生的应力值小于斜倒角产生的应力值。

Abstract: There are extrusion cracks occuring on inner rings of self lubricating spherical plain bearings YSC507R10TL in radial limit static load performance test. Combining with finite element analysis method, the fully pa-rameterized modeling for bearings is carried out by using 3D modeling software UG. The radial static load finite element calculation for model is done by using Workbench, and the effect of radial load on parts of bearings is studied. The fail-ure reasons are analyzed for bearings. Based on calculation results the optimal design is conducted for structure of bear-ings with optimal design module of Workbench. The results show that when the rounded chamfer of inner ring is adopt-ed, the stress generated from radial load is smaller than stress generated from oblique chamfer.
