耐热钢无油沟宽挡边圆柱滚子轴承外圈滚道与
挡边的磨削加工曲红利"2,吴晓明1",2
(1.洛阳LYC轴承有限公司,河南洛阳471039;2.航空精密轴承国家重点实验室,河南洛阳471039)摘要:耐热钢无油沟宽挡边(≥3mm)圆柱滚子轴承外圈使用的耐热钢材料黏性大、硬度高,采用复合磨削方法磨削外滚道与挡边时,由于挡边宽,磨削热难以散发,挡边易产生磨削烧伤。为解决这一间题,采用了新的磨削工艺:单独磨削滚道后在切人磨机床上磨削挡边,先横向进给,然后纵向进给,依靠砂轮的自然脱落形成滚道与挡边的过渡圆弧。

Abstract : The cylindrical roller bearings outer rings with non oil groove and wide rib( ≥3 mm) are made of heat re sistant steel which is characterized with high viscosity and high hardness. The composite grinding method is used to grinding outer raceway and ribs, and the heat produced by grinding is difficult to disperse due to wide ribs, resulting in grinding bum of ribs. In order to solve the problem,the new grinding process is adopted. The ribs are grinded on plunge cut grinding machine (firstly horizontal feed, and then longitudinal feed) after the raceway is individually grinded The transition circular arc between raceway and ribs is formed by fall off of grinding wheel.
