航空发动机加力泵斜盘轴承内罩凸出故障
分析及预防

(1.空军驻安顺地区军事代表室,贵州安顺561000;2.贵州天马虹山轴承有限公司,贵州安顺561000)摘要:针对某型航空发动机试车过程中出现的加力接不通故障,对加力泵斜盘轴承内罩凸出问题进行研究。采用故障树分析方法,对轴承制造、轴承设计、轴承安装、异物影响以及运输过程等因素进行了系统分析,通过质量排查、理化检测、能谱分析、试验验证等手段,确定了故障原因是发动机在运输过程中产生的振动导致斜盘轴

Abstract: The protrusion problem about inner cover of swash plate bearings for intensifier pump is studied based on disconnection fault of intensifier pump during test run of a certain type of aero engine. The manufacture, design and assembly of bearings, influence of foreign matter and transportational process are systemically analyzed by using fault tree analysis method. Through quality checking, physicochemical testing, energy spectrum analysis and experimental verification, it is determined that the swash plate bearings separate from botom of bearing shell due to vibration of en gine during transportational process, resulting in deflection and wear. The feasible prevention measures are provided. Key words: thrust ball bearing;intensifier pump; fault analysis
某型航空发动机试车到270h时出现加力接不通故障,分解检查发现,加力泵中心油滤、偏心轮、进口油滤、柱塞孔、转子腔等处均有金属屑,转子组件柱塞全部卡死在下死点处,加力泵无法正常工作。为此,采用故障树分析方法对故障原因进行研究。

故障轴承为推力球轴承,主要由轴圈、座圈、钢球、保持架和内罩构成,因轴圈工作表面呈斜盘状,也常称其为斜盘轴承。其中套圈和钢球材

料为Cr4Mo4V高温轴承钢,保持架材料为QA110-3-1.5铝青铜,内罩材料为08A1低碳钢。
柱塞头工作表面及与其相接触的斜盘轴承轴工作表面均出现严重磨损,分别如图1、图2 所示。
