供应链控制下的船舶备件管理

摘要：从供应链整体角度出发，论述了供应链管理的概念，分析了航运企业备件管理的一般特点、现状和存在的问题，重点阐速了船舶备件在采购、库存、逆向物流及供应商管理等环节下的控制模式以及以船舶备件信息化管理系统为平台的应对不确定性需求的船舶备件库存和采购策略。以浦海航运有限公司船舶备件库存采购管理实践经验为基础，总结我国航运企业在船舶备件管理方面的相关经验，力求提供一种流程高效、信息共享、成本较低、响

Abstract: This paper introduces the concept of supply chain management as a whole, and the theory with respect to procure ment,inventory management, The Analysis focuses on the general characteristics,status and issues of shipping enterprise spare parts management and the control mode of Procurement, inventory, reverse logistics and supplier management. The spare parts inventory and procurement strategy dealing with uncertainty of spare parts demand with the aid of the ship spare parts informa tion management platform is introduced. A ship spare parts supply chain model featuring efficient process, information sha ring, reduced costs, quick response, collaborative and strong competitiveness is proposed based on the experience of PU HAI

供应链是围绕核心企业，通过对信息流、物流、资金流的控制，从采购原材料开始，制成中间产品以及最终产品，最后由销售网络把产品送到消费者手中的将供应商、制造商、分销商、零售商直到最终用户连成一个整体的功能网链结构。供应链管理是在供应链基础上发展起来的一种系统化、集成化、敏捷化的先进管理模
制一体化的管理过程。其目的是通过改善上、下游供应链的关系，整合和优化供应链中的信息流、物流和资金流，以提升企业的竞争优势。其最大特点是各种业务流程的一体化。
船舶备件管理是航运企业现代化管理的一项重要内容，必须建立一套完善的备件管理体系，找出船用备件的消耗规律，根据备件需求进行合理的库存决策，及时发出订购申请，从供应商、岸上仓库得到合格的备件。船舶备件管理总体可分为4个环节和1个平台。其中4个环节是指备件采购供应管理、备件库存管理、
