制动软管接头铜垫片镀层的选用研究

【摘要】在面密封原理的基础上，结合不同镀层的单质特性，对汽车制动软管接头使用的铜垫片，在不同镀层下的耐腐蚀性、密封性进行分析与试验研究，研究表明锌、镍、锡3种镀层均可以明显改善铜垫片的防腐性能；锡镀层在工作状态下密封性能更好。
[Abstract】On the basis of surface sealing principle, combined with the elemental properties of different coatings, anti corrosion and sealing performance of copper washer with different coating used on the connector of vehicle brake hose is analyzed and investigated. The research indicates that the performance of anti corrosion of zinc, nickel and tin coating can be significantly improved, and tin coating has best sealing performance under working condition.

0引言
为优化底盘悬挂系统的空间布置，对于制动软管与卡钳的连接，越来越多的汽车主机厂都开始采用空心螺栓将环形接头固定在卡钳壳体的形式，如图1所示，在环形接头的上下面均有铜垫片，并靠螺栓拧紧产生的压紧力，使铜垫片变形达到密封效果，各厂家的接头由于拧紧定位原理不同，在外形设计有差异。
目前汽车主机厂主要采用紫铜垫片，但由于环形接头与卡钳壳体一般为镀锌涂层，如果给铜垫片增加合理的电镀层，就可以在保证密封性能
的前提下，大大提高零件的抗腐蚀性能，保证汽车
