
新型气囊式管道堵塞器的设计与应用

摘要:管道堵塞器应用于油气管道工艺改造、管道更换或婵接修复,可以起到提高作业效率,降低发生火灾、爆炸风险的作用。气囊式管道指塞器是一种应用较为广泛的管道堵塞装置,然而,传统气囊式堵塞器存在沿管道方向形变大、周向密封力小的缺点。在分析传统管道堵塞器特点的基础上,结合海上油气田生产设施特点及热工作业要求,在气案内增设气案固定绳索、改变气囊结构和使用方法的基础上,设计了新型气囊式管道堵塞器,并在润洲作业公司6个海上油田和1个陆地终端推广应用,取得了理想效果。新型气囊式管道堵塞器操作简便,能够提高油气管道密封效果,延长气囊使用寿命,对提高维修作业效率和降低热工作业风险具有重要现实意义。

热工作业是海上油气田十大高危险作业之一!。由于工艺优化、设备改造、腐蚀管道更换或焊接修复的需要,施工中经常需要在已使用的油气管道上动火。根据中海石油(中国)有限公司作业安全标准,热工作业前必须对可燃性气体和氧气浓度进行检测,可燃气爆炸下限(LEL)应该为O。为确保动火作业安全,油田现场需要对动火点采取盲板隔离、双阅隔离和排空等工艺隔离措施,并对动火管道进行清洗情化。在实际施工中,多次遇到动
