焊接热输入对核电用低合金钢焊条
熔敷金属力学性能的影响

摘要:针对核电用低合金钢焊条CHE608HR2,采用改变焊接热输入的方法,借助金相显微镜,研究了焊接热输人对其熔敷金属力学性能及组织的影响。结果表明,熔敷金属力学性能随着焊接热输人量增大而降低,焊接热输人大于32kJ/cm时,熔敷金属力学性能下降明显;焊接热输入小于等于25kJ/cm时,熔金属力学性能最优。

Abstract: The influence of welding heat input on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the alloy was studied by means of metallographic microscope, the CHE608HR2 of low alloy steel for nuclear power and the method of changing the heat input. The results show that the mechanical properties of the weld metal are de-creased with the increase of the welding heat input, and the mechanical properties of the welded metal are de-creased obviously, while the welding heat input is less than or equal to 25 kJ/cm, and the mechanical properties of the weld metal is the best.

接材料的重要组成部分[1-4],为了更好的应用于核电工程,文章的试验焊条为国家能源局“核级焊接材料国产化开发及应用研究”项目中的低合金钢焊条,牌号为CHE608HR2(型号为E9018-G),文章通过对焊条CHE608HR2改变焊接热输人的方式,研究对其
