(1.洛阳船舶材料研究所,河南洛阳471000;2.机械科学研究院哈尔滨焊接研究所,黑龙江哈尔滨150028)摘要:采用自动TIG焊对0.5mm厚TA2材质的波纹管管坏纵缝进行了焊接,并对焊接接头拉伸性能、弯曲性能、显微组织及断口形貌进行了试验。试验结果表明:焊接工艺参数选用合理,焊缝成形良好,无损检测结果满足要求;焊缝及热影响区均为锯齿状α组织;焊接接头力学性能优良,抗拉强度达到500MPa,与母材强度相当,断裂形式为典型的韧性断裂,断后伸长率达到80%,面弯及背弯性能满足标准要求,能够满足波纹管压制要求。

Abstract: The longitudinal seam of the bellows expansion joint made of TA2 material with 0. 5 mm thickness was welded by gas tungsten arc welding. The tensile and flexural properties, microstructure and fracture mor-phology of the welding joint were studied.The results show that both well appearance and nondestructive testing results meet the requirements by using reasonable welding parameters. Moreover, the microstructure of welding joint and HAZ were both jagged α organization. The excellent mechanical properties of the joints were obtained, the tensile strength reached 500 MPa which is equal to base metal, and the fracture morphology was typical duc-tile fracture of dimple, elongation rate reached 80%.
