基于逐层铣削法测量桥钢厚板焊缝区残余应力

摘要:桥钢厚板焊接常采用多层焊,由于焊接过程中焊缝区热应力作用和金属复杂相变过程,在厚度方向上产生了变化较大的焊接残余应力。目前,桥钢厚板内部残余应力的测量暂无统一方法,数值模拟分析也存在诸多困难。采用逐层铣削法对厚度为45mm的对接焊钢板焊缝区沿焊缝方向的残余应力进行了测量,得到其沿焊缝厚度方向的具体分布情况。测量结果可为钢桥焊接残余应力数值模拟和钢桥疲劳研究提供参考。
