大厚度TA15钛合金板潜弧焊接头的组织及拉伸性育

摘要:在添加TA1纯钛中间层填充板的条件下,对64mm厚TA15钛合金板进行潜弧焊接,分析了焊接接头的显微组织、拉伸性能以及焊缝中氢、氧、氮的含量,并与不添加中间层的普通潜弧焊接头的拉伸性能进行了对比,结果表明:添加中间层后焊接接头的焊缝区组织为较大尺寸的柱状晶,晶内分布着不同方向的针状α相,母材区组织为初生α相和少量3相,热影响区组织中既存在α相,也存在<相;添加中问层后焊接接头的抗拉强度比普通潜弧婵接头的有所降低,但其塑性显著提高,焊缝中氢、氧、氮的含量比母材中的有所降低。

钛合金以其比强度高、耐蚀性好、耐高温以及优良的焊接性等特点,广泛应用于现代飞机的制造中[1-2]。

焊完后都需要等待冷却后再次进行堆焊,并且存在焊接时闻长、零件变形量大、容易生成氧化夹杂等缺点]。随着高能束流焊接技术的快速发展,采用真空电子束焊接技术对大厚度钛合金零件进行焊接的工艺已经趋于成熟,但该工艺存在生产成本高、抽放真空焊接等待时间长、零件尺寸受真空室大小的限制等不足。潜弧焊方法可以在不开坡口的情况下-次性焊接大厚度钛合金零件,摆脱了真空室大小的限制,降低了生产成本。
