【摘要】对建筑工程施工进行科学管理所来取的重要手投之一就是施工组织设计，施工组织设计网时具备战术安排以及战略部署的作用，电是业主、建设专家和相关人费对工程管控的实际水平以书面形式呈现的一种最直接体现.在我国社会经济以及科技快速发展的条件下，各施工全业一定要注重装饰装修等具体施工组织设计工作的创新性，这样才能确保装饰装修项日的建设质量，满足人们越来越高的建筑装锦装修需求，对建筑装饰装修工程施工组织设计过程中的创新遗行分析探讨，提出相应的思考和建议

2建筑装饰装修具体施工特点
2.1建筑装饰装修项目对施工工期的要求较高
装饰装修项目施工与一般主体结构实际施工相比，周期比较短，在我国建筑工程规模越来越大以及结构越来越复杂的条件下，操作难度变得更大，同时工期不断缩短使得装饰装修和其他结构工程搭接，有的甚至出现并行施工现象，以此达到进一步缩短工期的目的。所以，对装饰装修具体施工组织的要求也就更高了。
