浅议高层宾馆建筑的消防设计

【摘要】建筑设计中，消防设计尤为重委，直接关系到人的生命安全，因此需特别重视，沈阳国际饭店是一座高标准的五星级酒店，其功能复杂，集客房、餐饮、娱乐、休闲、会议于一体，再加上其钻石造型的平面及空间形态，更是增加了消防设计的难度。本文以沈阳国际饭店为例，从防火分区的划分及安全疏散的角度，浅析宾馆酒店建筑的消防设计及其要点，以及新的《建筑设计防火规范》和《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》的录文理解，以期抛砖引五，对宾馆酒店建筑的消防设计做更深层次的探讨，

在建筑设计中，消防部分的设计尤为重要，尤其是高层建筑。重视消防设计，是从根本上预防火灾等人为灾害发生的主要措施。优良的消防系统设计，能使人们在火灾发生时，在最短的时间内，顺利的从建筑中疏散至室外安全部位，以做到防患于未然。注重消防设计，也体现了以人为本、尊重生命的设计理念与原则。
通过大量的实验与探索，我国制定了许多防火规范标准，为建筑设计提供指导与约束，来保证建筑物的使用安全性。最常用的也是最基本的就是《建筑设计防火规范》与《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》(GB50045-95)这两个国家规范，是其他各类建筑所必须共同遵循的基本规范。除此之外，不同类型的建筑，还有各自具体的防火规范，如汽车库建筑设计规范》、《人防地下室建筑防火规范》等等。这些规范
