上广等大城市，为解决城市建筑用地问题，我国在城市进行高层楼房建造，建筑的层数越来越多，很大程度上解决了建筑周地不足间题，但是，由于高层建筑上下不使，往往只能通过电梯、楼梯实现上下楼，固此，一旦发生意外事故，尤其是火灾，对建筑本身和建筑内人员的生命安全将产生严重的影响，而火灾的发生具有很大的不确定性，国此，必须重视高层建筑的消防设计。论文分析了高层建筑消防设计的重要性以及高层建筑中火灾的特点，指出现阶投高层建筑消防设计中存在的问题，并提出了整改措施

我国是世界上人口最多的国家，但建设用地面积有限。在近十几年来，我国城市人口逐年增加。这些城市人口一部分是由于经济发展迅速，部分农村人口因土地转化为城市用地或进城务工后转化为城市人口；还有部分是受过高等教育的年轻人留在城中发展。城中人口的增加导致了城市建筑用地紧张，在城中可用土地有限的情况下，为解决这一间题，我国的建筑物呈现出了越来越高的特点。高层建筑在很大程度上解
