摘要:供热站是对油田注汽锅炉生产出高温、高压蒸汽进行利用的场所,锅炉水质处理过程中会排放出大量含有悬浮物和颗粒的盐分废水,需要用排水系将其排放到指定点。但排水泵运行产生的气蚀效应加剧了泵的腐蚀和泵件的损坏,并且排水泵需消耗一部分电能。针对这一间题,对十六号供热站外排工艺进行了改造,在排水泵进、出口管线之间安装浮淳式阀芯单流阀,建立外排管线的虹吸,缩短了排水聚的运行时间,降低了排水系电能和维修材料的消耗。改造
后,十六号站年节电3.1×10*kWh,节约电费2.3万元,节约人工及材料费3000元。关键词:废水;虹吸;排放;节能

Abstract: The heating station is the place where hightemperature and highpressured steam is pro-duced by using steam injection boiler. During the treatment process of water quality, salty wastewater with a large number of suspended solids and particles will be discharged and need to be transported to des ignate point. But cavitations effect happened during the operation of draining pump will aggravate corro sion and damage of pump, and this process will waste electric energy. In view of this phenomenon and in order to reduce working time of pump, oneway valve of floating spool is installed between the intake and outlet of the drainage pump pipeline and siphon of discharging pipeline is set up in the No. 16 heat ing station. Consequently, drainage pump energy consumption and maintenance material consumption can be achieved. After reconstruction, No.16 heating station can save electricity 3.1 × 10* kWh, elec
tric charge of 23 000 RMB, and 3 000 RMB in terms of labor and material costs. Key words: waste water; siphon; drainage; energy conservation
供热站是对油田注汽锅炉生产出高温、高压蒸汽进行利用的场所,在锅炉水质处理过程中,将排放出大量含有悬浮物和颗粒的盐分废水",需要用排水泵将其排放到指定点。但排水泵运行产生的气蚀效应加剧了泵的腐蚀和泵件的损坏,并且排水泵需消耗一部分电能,因此,技术人员在废水排放方面进行研究,利用地形建立排水管线的虹吸来减少排水泵的运行时间,这对生产过程中节能、减少设备损坏和减轻工人劳动强度都具有重大意义。
1十六号供热站废水排放现状 1.1废水的形成
十六号供热站有6台软化器,为6台容量为23t
的锅炉供水,平均每天运行4台锅炉,每台锅炉生产汽量约为480m/h,按锅炉水汽比不大于1.2:1 的要求,每天约产生废水384m。
1.2外排泵房的地理位置及设备设施
十六号供热站的废水沉降池建在站外约30m 较低处,站内所有废水先流到废水沉降池里集聚,再通过一条直径为219mm铁管线用排水泵将其排向约3km的六号供热站排污池。十六号供热站外排泵房安装了2台功率为22kW、扬程为32m、排量为100m/h的离心式排水泵,泵的进、出口都安装了闸门。排水泵安装了自动启、停控制装置,当沉降池的液位上升到2.5m时,自动控制装置启动排水泵;当沉降池的液位下降到0.5m时自动控制
