摘要:以普光气田主体、大湾区块及元坝气图等高酸性气田集输工艺设计中遇到的缓蚀剂批处理带来的实际问题为例进行分析认为,缓蚀剂批处理对高酸性气国集输工艺流程及安装有特殊要求:对于输气量较大的集气干线尽量采用复线或同沟数设的管网布局;对于有复线经过的集气站场,出站管线应分别接入复线,并要精确计量进入每条管线的输气量;如果一条集气干线经过若干集气站场,建议沿线经过的集气站场都设置收发球装置

Special Needs of Corrosion Inhibitor Batch Processing for Gathering Process in
High Sour Gas Field Zhou Jing
Abstract: This paper analyzes some special requirements for gathering process and installa tion process from some real problems of corrosion inhibitors batch processing during the con struction of the Puguang gas field, the Dawan gas field and the Yuanba gas field. When the ges gathering trunk line has larger transmission cepacity, the pipeline network layout would be better to employ double track pipelines or one ditch laying pipelines; when the gas gath ering stetion drilled through by doubletrack pipelines, all outgoing pipelines should be con nected to the doubletrack pipelines respectively, and each pipeline' s gas transmission flux should be measured accurately; when a single gas gathering trunk line drills through several gas gathering stetions, the stations along the route are recommended to set receiver and launcher.
