含硫原油对不同管材顶部腐蚀行为的影响魏彦方彭浩平1.2

摘要:采用高温腐蚀试验箱模拟输油管道的环境,分别研究了义65钢和80钢在含硫原油中不同温度条件下的腐蚀行为。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和义射线衍射(义RD)等分析手段来表征离蚀产物膜的宏观、微观形貌结构及成分,并辅以失重法计算试样的腐蚀速率。结果表明,试样顶部与底部腐蚀形态明显不同,底部腐蚀主要为点蚀,而顶部受腐蚀产物膜的影响呈台地腐蚀。试样顶部腐蚀产物膜脱落的位置与腐蚀严重的部位一致,蚀产物膜对试样有一定的保护作用。在30~80℃范图内,试样的离蚀速率均随温度的升高先增大后减小,在测试温度下义80钢表现出较好的耐腐蚀性。

Abstract: The corrosion behavior was investigated by using a hightemperature corrosion test case in order to simulate the corrosion environment of oil pipeline. The corrosion behaviors of X65 and X80 steel in sour crude oil under various temperature conditions were investigated respectively. The corro sion products were studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and Xray diffraction (XRD) to analyze the structure shape of the macro and micro morphol ogy of corrosion product film and composition of corrosion product scale. The corrosion rate was cal culated by weight loss method. The results demonstrate that the corrosion forms of top of the line and bottom of the line have obvious difference. The corrosion at the bottom is mainly pitting corrosion, and the top of line corrosion affected by corrosion product film show platform corrosion.The position of serious corrosion parts corresponded with the position of localized corrosion after removal of corro sion scales.The corrosion product film has certain protective effect to the sample. In the range of 30 °C ~ 80 C , the corrosion rates of samples all increase with the increasing temperature and then de creases.The X8O steel exhibit the better corrosion resistance in the test temperature.
