梯形框架对发动机缸体结构振动和噪声的影响

摘要:针对400kW以上大功率柴油发动机,在采用多种方法减振降噪后,为进一步减振降噪,尝试借鉴300kW以下中小型发动机采用在缸体底部安装梯形框架达到减振降噪目的的方法。台架试验表明:梯形框架对提高缸体底部的刚度,降低缸体底部的振动效果明显,梯形框架对抑制缸体裙部中部的振动没有效果;安装梯形框架对抑制油底壳的振动最明显。梯形框架降低发动机整体
噪声不明显,但有使发动机噪声减小的趋势。关键词:结构振动;噪声;枢架;台架试验

Abstract: For large power diesel engines with power larger than 400 kW, after the employment of many ways of vibration and noise reduction, further improvement was still urged. Referred to the small and me dium engines with power below 300 kW, a trapezoid framework was assembled on the bottom of the cylin-der-block to realize further reduction of vibration and noise, Bench test showed that the trapezoid frame work had obvious effect on the improvement of the stifness of cylinder block bottom, and vibration reduc-tion, however had no anti-vibration effect on the middle part of the cylinder block. Moreover, the trape-zoid framework had the most obvious effect on vibration-resistance of oil sump and no obvious effect on the
noise-reduction of the whole engine, but it did have the tendency to reduce the engine noise. Key words: structure vibration; noise; framework; bench test

针对发动机减振降噪的研究前人已经做了很多工作,也取得了很多成就。文献[1]通过建立柴油机多体动力学模型,提出了机体的结构噪声优化方法,有效降低了辐射声。文献【2]通过试验和有限元法对发动机油底壳做了优化设计,最大限度地降低了油底壳的辐射噪声。针对300kW以下的中小型发动机的减振降噪,某些发动机生产厂家曾
采用过在缸体底部安装梯形框架的方法,效果不错。本文针对400kW以上的大功率柴油发动机,在发动机缸体底部安装一个梯形框架,探究其对发动机缸体振动和辐射噪声(35)的影响。
梯形框架
梯形框架的材料选用铸铁,型号为HT235。梯形框架的形状如图1所示,其通过螺栓连接安装到缸体底部的安装位置,如图2中方框所示。
