优化锅炉燃烧配风之低能耗运行研究姚国华朱建跃

摘要:本文介绍了上海外高桥第二发电有限责任公司两台900MW直流塔式锅炉的运行特点,着重以热力学为主要理论依据辅以锅炉NO物生成的机理等一系列技术理论,结合机组目前的实际运行情况,同时与国内外同类型机组的运行工况进行横向比较。在试验结果及理论推导计算的比对后,提出了与原设计有较大变化的锅炉燃烧配风方案。通过在运行机组上的实施,在确保机组安全运行的前提下取得了较为客观的经济和社会效益。

Abstract: The article introduces operation characteristics of 2 units 9ooMw DC tower boiler at Shanghai waigaoqiao no.2 power generation co.,ltd. The author focuses on horizontal comparison with operation conditions of domestic and overseas same type unit combined with unit practical operation condition through thermodynamics as main theoretical basis and boiler NOX formation mechanism etc technical theories. The author carries out puts forward boiler combustion air distribtution plan after com parison of test results and theoretical calculations, which is different to original design. Through imple e while makes sure safe operation for unit.
