应急状态下情绪对个体心理变化的影响研究

摘要：不安全心理是造成煤矿事故的关键因素之一，事故的发生往往会造成较大的心理伤害。通过生理变化反映心理变化的途径，测试了应急状态下被试人员的心理变化程度，并用聚类分析法分析了情绪对应急状态下个体心理变化的影响。研究结果表明，应急状态下被试人员的心理发生了变化，情绪稳定型个体的心理变化要低于情绪型个体。建议煤矿的关键岗位应该配置情绪稳定型员工，同时对不同情绪类型的员工应该分别进行针对性培训，提高其情绪调控能力，最终避免出现不安全心理，降低事故造成的心理伤害。

Abstract : Unsafe psychology is one of the key factors contributing to coal mine accidents, and the accidents often cause greater psychological harm. The degree of participants '* psychological changes under the emergency state was tested by the method of the physical changes rellecting the psychological changes and the impact of the emotion on the individual psychological changes under the emergency state was analyzed by using the cluster analysis method. The study results showed that the participants’ psychology changed under the emergency state and the change of the stable emotional individuals was lower than that of the emotional individuals. It was suggested that the key positions of coal mining enterprises should provide with stable emotional employers, and at the same time, the directive training should be conducted on the employees with different kinds of emotions so as to improve their ability to regulate emotions, and eventually avoid the unsafe psychology and reduce the psychological harm caused by accidents.

同的。黄定华等研究发现，个体的认知因素、情绪因素和性格特征是导致应急状态下心理变化程度不同的重要因索[3。朱华桂通过研究发现，个体对突发事件的认知、个性心理特征、外部环境因素等是制约个体心理与行为的关键因素[4]。黄定华研究发现，个体对突发事件的认知程度、个体的情绪及个性特征不同,突发事件后的心理表现会不同[3]。为了分析应急状态下影响个体心理变化程度的因素，笔者以个体情绪为研究对象，采用聚类分析法，分析了应急状态下情绪对个体心理变化的影响，并探讨了该研究的应用价值。
